Lucky hope wakes up again
Misery, you may rest your pain
Picking on every conscientious brain
Praying life starts to feel humane
Gaza’s children and Gaza’s name
Upheld in rallies brought down fame
Took the world to go through shame
Moral souls shout “not in my name”
What made power inflict pain
How did greed decide to gain
Showering bullets down as rain
Land, ports, riviera never again
Deliberate calamities causing shame
Never again say souls this shame
Lived though holocaust, not again
Yet greed and power continued the game
From ashes hope is born again
Peace and mercy in every name
Bliss of martyrs never lost in vain
Courageous humans shall rise again
