Away from the deadened life of the people,
Lies a Garden, covered in life but concealed.
No farmer picks its fruits except he is satisfied,
And no thief can steal from it, nor can they pry.
And none are barred entry, save those who don’t try
To enter it, and entering it is as simple as pie.
The Garden often forgotten by people who are stuck
In their affairs, they are those without any luck,
For visiting this Garden requires might,
To break free from the chains and trials of life.
And when the chains are broken, what will they find,
Except coolness and comfort in the soul and the mind?
It is a place of safety, without trickery or lies,
No elder screams therein, and no little infant cries.
In it the grass is always green, and there is never a cloudy sky,
In it there is no sickness, nor harm nor any vengeful spite.
In it, the birds chirp merrily in the dawn’s amber light,
And in the night, it is never too dark, but sleeping is never light.
So hasten to my call, those of you who want true life,
Enter the Forgotten Garden and say goodbye to your strife.
