Various #Kabul hospitals data show 43 killed & 130 injured in today’s #KabulAirport attack. Over 50 are critical.
The death toll may rise.

Can’t watch heart wrenching images from #Kabulairport
Strongly condemned.#AfghanLivesMatter— Ziauddin Yousafzai (@ZiauddinY) August 26, 2021
Such terrible scenes from #kabulairport – my thoughts and prayers with all affected. This atrocity makes efforts to secure safe land routes out and third country processing even more critically important https://t.co/4IvFspwnx6

I strongly condemn terrorists attacks outside #KabulAirport that killed innocent people including women & children. May the injured recover soon and May Allah rest departed souls in eternal peace & grant courage to bereaved families to bear the huge loss.

Let’s be clear. The horrific attack at the Kabul airport was carried out by #ISIS, not the Taliban and the US military does not believe that the Taliban “let it happen.” The Taliban and ISIS, while both Muslim, are enemies. The US still needs to leave Afghanistan. #Kabulairport
