Makes 15 Kebabs

Ingredients:

425g Canned Tuna (In Spring Water Or Brine)

1 Large Potato (Or 2 Medium)

1 Egg

1/4 Tsp Salt (To Taste)

1/2 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder

1 Cup Oil (For Frying)

Optional

1 Onion Sliced

Coriander Leaves

1/4 Tsp Red Chilli To Taste

2 Green Chilli. Chopped Finely

Method:

Microwave potato for 6 min.

Peel and mash the potato.

Drain the tuna liquid.

Add tuna, egg and the spices in the mash potato and mix it thoroughly.

Add sliced onion, chilli and coriander leaves to the mixture.

Make patties and Fry in a shallow oil till brown on both sides.
