Writing in the NY Times, Feroze Sidhwa, with 43 other doctors volunteering in Gaza hospitals, remarked on the high incidence of small children shot in the head or chest, who died. This is prima facie evidence of accurate IDF sniper fire directed by cold-blooded killers at non-combatants. It is surely terrorism!

Its bloody-mindedness is without limits. Israel doubles-down on starving to death many Gazans, while deliberately murdering refugees sheltering in UN schools and hospital compounds.

UN experts consider Israel’s actions in causing deaths in Lebanon by exploding pagers as terrorist acts.

Its latest crimes are IDF attacks on UNIFIL Peacekeeping Forces in southern Lebanon.

A growing number of state leaders, Bolivia, Cuba, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Pope Francis,  call  Israel out as a ‘terrorist state.’

The IDF itself was born in terror, as is detailed by Suarez in his book, “Palestine Hijacked.”

IDF’s predecessor militias: Hagenah, Irgun, Lehi, conducted mass terror atrocities against Palestinians and British administrators since the 1930s.

After Israel’s 1948 establishment, the militias merged to become the IDF. Many Israeli PMs served in these terror gangs.

Australia initially supported Israel as it was an ‘under-dog’ surrounded by strong Arab armies, with huge sympathy for Jews who had just suffered the holocaust.

Today the situation has reversed. Israel threatens surrounding countries with US-supplied armaments, while conducting genocide of its neighbors.

There is zero argument Australia must stand by Israel as it openly morphs into a terrorist state.

Israel cannot be designated a ‘terrorist organization’ under the Australian Criminal Code Act, but its crimes and those of its leaders, are being judged in international courts.

A July study published in Lancet estimated deaths then from Israel’s actions in Gaza at over 186,000.

In January, the International Criminal Court ruled Israel is plausibly conducting genocide.

In May, Karim Khan heading the International Criminal Court, cited war crimes and crimes against humanity, and issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant before ICC’s Pretrial Chamber.

Shockingly, the US and Israel threatened retaliation against ICC officials and family members, if warrants eventuated. This is clearly criminal intimidation of judges.

Former policeman, Peter Dutton, suggests he doesn’t champion rule-of-law, by recklessly promoting that Australia should exit the ICC.

In July, the ICJ ruled Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territories is unlawful, must end, and large-scale reparations be paid to Palestinians. The UN General Assembly endorsed the ruling indicating Israel has become a rogue state.

Recently, an ABC reporter asked Dutton who was excoriating protestors for flying Hezbollah flags, that groups had commented this is hypocrisy, since although Israel’s  actions resulted in ‘45,000 deaths,’ its flag could still be raised. Dutton retorted, “But Israel is a democracy.”

Even so, an apartheid democracy can be a terrorist state. Unsurprisingly, its PM has been charged for criminal offenses.  Social media evidences Israeli politicians calling for exterminating Palestinians and stealing their land.

Support by certain Australian politicians and journalists for Israel conducting genocidal murders in Palestine, clashes with Australian values and is the real cause of social disharmony in Australian society.

Australian values, that new citizens are required to solemnly embrace – include: Respect for the freedom and dignity of individuals; Commitment to ‘rule of law;’ and A ‘fair go’ for all, including mutual respect, tolerance and compassion for the needy.

Any politician, such as  Dutton, who ignores these values, by applauding Israel’s illegal actions, doesn’t deserve to represent Australian electors.

A useful test where respected readers can determine the intellectual capacity of any Australian politician to assess easily-available facts, is whether they can discriminate between the oppressed party and the victims in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

They often get it wrong, partly because zionists muddied the waters to portray the victims of genocide as ‘oppressors,’ while the oppressors themselves are portrayed as ‘victims.’

A politician though, who can’t differentiate these two correctly is unfit to be your MP.  Surely, s/he should be voted out.
