Confusion happens when something is unclear in the mind or there exists some uncertainty about what is going on around you. Clarity exists where there is no confusion.

Confusion is a state of mind. Clarity is also a state of mind.

Clarity means that whatever is happening is easy to see, hear, comprehend and translate. There is NO ambiguity and NO disillusions. You are able to know in the core of your being that your decisions are based on intentions that are clear and pure and action-based strategies that are realistic and attainable.

Maintaining clarity in life is vital. Avoiding confusion is essential. Clarity comes when you look within you to find your core’s purity and then connect with Allah in that state of purity. For as long as self-criticism and self-loathing exist in your mind, achieving clarity remains challenging, sometimes impossible.

Clarity comes from knowing the answers to these three questions: –Who am I? Why am I here? What is my true purpose? The answers to these three questions are in the Quran, expressed with absolute clarity, in Surah 98 – Al Baiyina (The Clear Evidence). Ponder these verses from our Holy Quran and embrace clarity of who you are, why you are here and what your true purpose is.

Clarity is achieved when your inner life is calm. Things happen in our outer life and we let these things cloud our judgment. Time spent daily to rejuvenate your inner world can help clear away all confusion and maintain clarity.

Know the difference between your physical self and your Essential Self. This discernment will help you achieve greater clarity in life. When you use words like: “I am confused” , “I am hungry ”, “I am angry ”, “I am fat”, and so on, what you are really saying is that your physical body is confused, angry, fat or hungry. Your energy force, the Essential Self, within you, “I”, is free from anger, hunger, confusion, or fat. Clarity lies in your Essential Self.
