Mango seedling grown from seed held at edge
of the lawn has made into four elongated leaves
hanging down colored in purple and brown.
When the leaves and the slender would remain
in readiness to execute pendulum swing or other
acts of show and tell at the push of gentlest breeze.
But when the rain came early in the morning,
the seedling got wetted in the rain as did other
plant lives tiny or large.
And now that the rain is gone, the ambiance
is found to gain in daylight while leaves of the
seedling are found to be dressed with drops of rain.
