Equilibrium Australia’s Women’s Wellness Conferences are a transformative initiative dedicated to empowering Muslim women to achieve holistic wellbeing through faith, personal growth, and purposeful living.

Founded as an initiative of The Muslima Mindset by founder and visionary Nina Fashik, Equilibrium Australia was created to address the growing need for spaces where Muslim women can nurture their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing while remaining firmly grounded in their Islamic identity.

In an increasingly fast-paced and demanding world, women often find themselves balancing multiple responsibilities while striving to maintain their health, relationships, careers, and connection with Allah.

Equilibrium Australia’s conferences provide a welcoming and inspiring environment where women can reflect, learn, and reconnect with their purpose.

More than just wellness events, these conferences are designed to support women in aligning their lives with the guidance of Islam and striving towards a lifestyle of ihsan—the pursuit of excellence in worship, character, and everyday actions.

At the heart of Equilibrium Australia’s mission is the belief that true wellness is achieved when the mind, body, and soul are in harmony.

The conferences encourage attendees to deepen their relationship with Allah , strengthen their understanding of faith, and develop practical habits that support both personal wellbeing and spiritual growth.

Through engaging presentations, interactive workshops, and meaningful discussions, women are inspired to embrace a faith-centred approach to wellness that extends into every aspect of their lives.

The conferences bring together respected scholars, health professionals, educators, wellness practitioners, and community leaders who share evidence-based knowledge and Islamic guidance on topics relevant to the modern Muslim woman.

Sessions may explore mental health, emotional resilience, fitness, nutrition, leadership, motherhood, relationships, personal development, and spiritual wellbeing. Each topic is presented through a holistic framework that recognises the importance of aligning daily choices with Islamic values and principles.

A central objective of the conferences is to empower women to live with greater intentionality and purpose. Attendees are encouraged to reflect on the concept of ihsan—worshipping Allah as though one sees Him and striving for excellence in all areas of life.

By fostering self-awareness, gratitude, mindfulness, and spiritual connection, the conferences equip women with the tools needed to cultivate inner peace, resilience, and a stronger sense of direction.

Equilibrium Australia also recognises the power of community in supporting long-term wellbeing.

The conferences create opportunities for women from diverse backgrounds to connect, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships. These connections foster a sense of belonging and sisterhood, creating support networks that continue long after the event concludes.

In 2026, Equilibrium Australia is proud to partner with National Zakat Foundation Australia as its official event partner, further strengthening its commitment to community impact and social responsibility.

The 2026 conference series will travel across Australia, beginning in Sydney on 11 July 2026, followed by Melbourne on 25 July 2026, and Adelaide on 30 August 2026. Additional conferences will also be held in Perth and Brisbane, with dates to be announced.

Equilibrium Australia’s Women’s Wellness Conferences are more than events—they are a movement dedicated to nurturing confident, faith-driven women who are committed to living lives of balance, purpose, and ihsan.

Through knowledge, connection, and spiritual growth, attendees are empowered to thrive in this life while striving for success in the next.

Under the leadership of Nina Fashik and The Muslima Mindset, Equilibrium Australia continues to inspire women across the nation to embrace wellness as an act of worship, personal responsibility, and devotion to Allah.
