Our lives are our stories; they’re shaped through the experiences we’ve had, the people we’ve met, the families we come from, and the people we aspire to be like.
Our stories are what we share to connect with one another, but sometimes we lose ourselves in the chaos of this world, and we start to feel ordinary, when we know we’re nothing short of amazing!
In order for us to grow, we need to talk about the things we don’t usually talk about, and that’s really hard when you’re in a room full of strangers, but there’s no shame in sharing what you feel. Chances are, everyone has probably felt the same at one stage in their life, you just need to be brave enough to start the conversation. This workshop is unfiltered – so speak your mind! Be raw, be real and be original, don’t hide behind your emotional walls, because they’re the same walls that have been holding you back for so long.
The content we will be going through is an aid to things you’ve probably already come across, the only difference is that we’ll be exploring ourselves to understand what this means for us as individuals.
Target audience – Big Girls aged 21 to 33
