AIMA NSW hosted its annual Leadership Masterclass on Saturday 18 July 2026 bringing together Muslim students in healthcare and senior medical practitioners to build the next generation of leaders according to Prophetic wisdom.
Held at the Notre Dame Auburn Clinical School, the event focused on developing strategic thinking, effective communication, and conflict resolution.
A structured talk was delivered that focused on effective project management from conception to execution to evaluation.
Students then got to apply these crucial concepts in simulation stations that mirrored real life event management crises and hypotheticals that tested their leadership capacity.
Participants left the event equipped with the tools to construct events and take charge of projects, guided by Prophet Mohammad (s) across all areas of life.
