Seena Inc conducted its ongoing series of Mind Body and Soul women’s well being workshop in Sydney on Sunday 17 May 2026 held at Dar-ul-Islam in Bonnyrigg welcoming women from across the community continuing its commitment to creating safe and empowering spaces where women can connect, reflect, and grow together.
This year’s workshop explored an increasingly relevant topic: digital identity and online wellbeing, encouraging participants to consider how they present themselves online, establish healthy boundaries, and cultivate a more intentional relationship with the digital world.
The afternoon began with a warm welcome followed by an engaging group icebreaker facilitated by Mobinah Ahmad. Participants were invited to share something unique about themselves, sparking laughter, smiles, and meaningful conversations throughout the room.
The activity quickly transformed a group of strangers into a connected community, creating a relaxed environment where women felt comfortable opening up and sharing their experiences.
Building on this sense of connection, Mobinah facilitated an interactive Digital Identity Workshop, guiding participants through discussions on online presence, privacy, digital footprints, and the importance of protecting both personal wellbeing and identity in an increasingly connected world.
Through reflection and open dialogue, attendees explored practical ways to navigate digital spaces with greater confidence, purpose, and authenticity.
The workshop then transitioned into a unique creative experience led by renowned artist Mariam Rababe, who facilitated the art masterclass titled “The Door to Your Digital Space.”
Using the symbolism of a door as a representation of one’s digital identity, participants were encouraged to reflect on the boundaries they set online, the experiences that shape their digital lives, and the importance of allowing positivity in while protecting their personal space.
Through guided painting, women expressed their reflections on canvas, transforming thoughtful conversations into meaningful works of art.
As creativity filled the room, the workshop became more than just an educational session—it became an opportunity for emotional expression, self-discovery, and community connection.
Participants supported and encouraged one another throughout the creative process, with many leaving not only with a completed artwork but with renewed confidence and a deeper understanding of their relationship with technology.
The afternoon concluded with a group reflection, where participants shared their key takeaways and celebrated the connections formed throughout the day.
Reflecting on the event, Mehar Ahmad, President of Seena Incorporated, said:
“At Seena, our vision is to create spaces where women feel seen, supported, and empowered. This workshop brought together wellbeing, education, creativity, and community in a way that encouraged meaningful conversations about an issue that affects us all. In today’s digital age, caring for our wellbeing also means being intentional about our online presence, and we hope every participant left feeling more confident, connected, and inspired.”
The Mind, Body & Soul Workshop is part of Seena Incorporated’s ongoing commitment to supporting women’s holistic wellbeing through initiatives that nurture the mind, body, and soul while fostering lasting connections within the community.
By combining education with creativity and reflection, Seena continues to provide meaningful opportunities for women to learn, grow, and thrive together.
