Quiz winner: Umrah ticket for Nabiha

The Islamic Forum for Australian Muslims, IFAM awarded the participants of its second Annual Children’s Islamic Quiz competition on Sunday 5 November 2017 at the Western Sydney University, Bankstown Campus. The Group D -Grade 7 and above category 1st prize winner Nabiha Rajput was presented with an Umrah Ticket as well as a Digital Arabic Dictionary. IFAM’s Islamic Quiz competition 2017 at UWS

The Children’s Islamic Quiz Competition 2017 was held on Sunday 23 July 10 am to 4 pm at the Western Sydney University, Bankstown Campus. The popular annual event,  organised by the Islamic Forum for Australian Muslims (IFAM), had almost 200 students from Kindy to Year 10 registered for the competition. House of Sakinah lunch for women

The House of Sakinah Womens Support Centre organised a fundraising lunch on 4 March at Plumpton Neighbourhood Centre at Western Sydney. The program was organised to raise awareness of the plight of Muslim women in the community and featured guest speakers including Ms Hanan Dover, a prominent psychologist as well as Ms Aisha Amjad, the recently appointed community ambassador for the Labor Party. Following the great success in previous years, the Islamic Forum for Australian Muslims (IFAM) is set to host a bigger and better highly popular Islamic Quiz program in 2017.
